Our Instruction - To act on behalf of a property management company.

We were instructed by our client, a property management company, to act for them in respect of repairs to a timber-framed structure suffering from defective rendering. We were able to identify the issue in the first instance, and thereafter we produced tender documentation, including construction drawings and specifications, before tendering the works.
