Our Instruction - To produce a CPR compliant expert witness report on an existing building survey.

The Property - Barn conversion.

We were instructed by solicitors acting on behalf of a private client who had recently purchased a converted barn, based on the advice and recommendations contained within a building survey report they had commissioned prior to purchase. A number of defects and issues were thought to be present, not identified in that building survey report. We were asked to give our expert opinion on the matter.
