Defect Inspection

Our Instruction - To undertake a defect inspection and produce a written report.

The Property - Detached dwelling.

The Location - Suffolk.

We were instructed by a large landowner to inspect one of their tenanted properties, where structural, damp and condensation issues were thought to exist. We used building thermography, amongst other inspection techniques during our inspection.
