Our Instruction - To produce a CPR compliant expert witness report.

The Property - A new build, residential.

The Location - Norfolk.

We were instructed through solicitors to produce an independent expert witness report, where a new build residential property was suffering from a number of alleged defects, poor workmanship and statutory non-compliance issues.

We utilised advanced inspection techniques, including thermal imaging and non-invasive damp meter readings, in order to fully assess the facts and give our expert opinion.
