Building Thermography

Our Instruction - To undertake a qualitative thermal survey.

The Property - A new build, residential development.

The Location - Suffolk.

We were instructed by a well-known national house builder to undertake a sample thermographic survey of two of their new build properties. 

​

The house builder had used a new system of cavity wall insulation and wanted to see how well it had been installed and how well the properties were performing thermally.

​

We were able to identify only two minor issues and confirmed that the fabric of the properties was performing extremely well, with surfaces very evenly and uniformly heated throughout.
