Defect Inspection

Our Instruction - To undertake a plumbing defect inspection & produce a written report.

The Property - Residential.

The Location - Essex.

We were instructed by our client, who had recently purchased the property, to inspect and report on new plumbing works undertaken. These works comprised the installation of new central heating radiators, pipework and a boiler.

​

Parts of the internal structure were opened up and a host of issues were discovered and recorded by us, including excessive notching and drilling to floor joists, no/little/incorrect pipework clipping, no lagging, insufficient depths to wall chasing and poor soldering/workmanship details.
