Drone Survey

Our Instruction - To undertake a new driveway inspection & produce a written report.

The Property - Residential.

The Location - Essex.

We were instructed by our client, who had recently paid for a new driveway to their property, to inspect and report on the works undertaken. These works comprised the laying of a colour-imprinted concrete drive and a permeable resin-bound gravel area. All drainage, as required, was also priced and paid for by our client.

Parts of the drainage system were opened up and we were able to establish that no drainage channels were in fact linked or tied into the existing surface water soakaways present on site. Many aspects of the works undertaken were also found to be defective and of poor workmanship.

We utilised drones and traditional on-site inspection techniques for this client instruction.
