Our Instruction - To assist in the production of a schedule of dilapidations.

The Property - Commercial.

The Location - Essex.

We were instructed by our client, a commercial landlord, to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations on a warehouse and office building.

​

We utilised drones to help inspect more robustly the roofs present, which were fragile and parts were inaccessible.
