Our Instruction - To inspect and report on damp ingress issues.

The Property - Residential.

The Location - Essex.

We were instructed by our client, a private residential homeowner, to inspect and report on significant damp ingress being experienced in their home. The area in question was immediately below an external balcony with an enclosing parapet wall.

We utilised drones to help inspect more robustly the roofs present and thermal imaging to help identify the true extent of dampness already visible internally.
