Defect Inspection

Our Instruction - To inspect and report on internal damp ingress.

The Property - Grade 2 listed residential property.

The Location - Essex.

We were instructed by our client to inspect their property due to suspected damp issues present internally.

​

We were able to use drone and thermal imaging technology to identify areas of dampness and the extent of that dampness. This was all achieved non-invasively and safely without the use of expensive scaffolding or traditional 'opening-up' techniques being employed.
