Our Instruction - To inspect and report on external glazing & curtain walling (CIF Bid).

The Property - College/Higher Education Establishment.

The Location - Surrey.

We were instructed by our client to inspect the glazing and curtain walling present at a College in Surrey as part of a CIF Bid.

​

Internal and external qualitative thermal imaging was undertaken which highlighted various thermal and associated issues present. 

​

Our report advised on the poor thermal performance of the glazing, curtain walling and framing as well as identifying and advising on other significant issues that our client was unaware of. Our report was used as part of a CIF Bid.
